Quality control in MOAVE has as its main objectives: a) the control of the conformity of the raw materials, subsidiary materials, goods and products that are acquired by the Company; (b) ensuring that the storage and conservation conditions are complied with; (c) control of production processes; d) the guarantee of the quality standards of the goods and finished products. As the main method of preventive control and food safety assurance, for some time now, the MOAVE has implemented the HACCP system.
