DESCRIPTION

Wholemeal wheat flour type 150 is milled from ripe, wholesome, clean, non-germinated and free from impurities common wheat grains according to good manufacturing practice.
It is free from other flours, pulses or sand.
It is free from insects, fungi or other filth.
The flour is suitable for human consumption in accordance with the Codex Alimentarius and existing Cape Verdean food law principles.
It is free from radiation and contaminants which are potential food safety hazards.

PACKAGING

It is sold in 25kg and 50kg polypropylene sacks lined with a double layer kraft paper to ensure a proper preservation of the product.
