Wheat Flour Production Process
Wheat flour production process starts with a removal of wheat from the silos in a quantity appropriate for a given milling. This is followed by a cleaning and humidification phases. When the wheat is ready, the milling process begins in various cylinder mills. This is followed by sifting by means of plain sieves with the aim to separate various components of wheat grain: endosperm/flour, husk/bran and germ. In a continuous process, the flour is improved and fortified and placed immediately in silage, where it remains in rest from 7 up to 10 days. Upon the flour request order, the bagging process starts.
